MANAGEMENT & DIRECTORS

Our management team is headed by Mr. Mel Rahal, our President since 1980. Through the years, Mr. Rahal has led Sable to the services of a highly-skilled group of individuals who assist in direction, management, and mine operations.

Melvyn M. Rahal, Director, President & CEO
Prior to becoming a Director and full-time President of the Company in 1980, Mr. Rahal was an investment advisor for a national brokerage firm. Mr. Rahal is a significant shareholder of the Company, and has directed our involvement in all corporate matters over the past three decades.

Friedrich H. Findler, Director, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Findler is a practicing accountant in private industry. He has served as a director or officer of other public companies, and was first appointed to Sable’s Board in 1980.

Stephen W. Pearce, B.A., Llb., Director, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Pearce is an independent corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver, BC. He advises and is a director of several private and public companies. Mr. Pearce has an honours degree in economics from York University, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Pearce joined the Board of Directors in 2003.

Neal MacDonald, Director
Mr. MacDonald is currently the Chief Executive Officer of NovaDX Ventures Corporation and brings over 14 years of experience in advising and financing early stage companies.  Prior to that, he was Manager of Retail Corporate finance with Blackmont Capital Inc. from 2000 through to October 2006.  In addition, Mr. MacDonald has served on the TSX Venture Exchange advisory commitee, as well as the IDA Pacific District Counsel.
