MANAGEMENT & DIRECTORS

Our management team is headed by Mr. Mel Rahal, our President since 1980. Through the years, Mr. Rahal has led Sable to the services of a highly-skilled group of individuals who assist in direction, management, and mine operations.

Melvyn M. Rahal, Director, President & CEO
Prior to becoming a Director and full-time President of the Company in 1980, Mr. Rahal was an investment advisor for a national brokerage firm. Mr. Rahal is a significant shareholder of the Company, and has directed our involvement in all corporate matters over the past three decades.

Stephen W. Pearce, B.A., Llb., Director, Corporate Secretary
Mr. Pearce is an independent corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver, BC. He advises and is a director of several private and public companies. Mr. Pearce has an honours degree in economics from York University, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Pearce joined the Board of Directors in 2003.

Ed Beswick, P.Eng, Director
Mr. Beswick is a registered professional mining engineer and was the former north central British Columbia Regional Mines Manager based in Prince George for eight years. More recently, Mr. Beswick was Director of Environment and Permitting for Hillsborough Resources Limited in Vancouver. Ed is an advisor with several Vancouver based mining exploration companies and is a former district vice president of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
